Looking to build portfolio of cash-flowing rentals.
Have completed rehabs and flips as well.
Will welcome any good deals - have good amount of cash on hand available to close quickly.

Experience

Going way back, my parents owned 6 rental properties - and I got the opportunity to "work in" that rental business; things like spending summers cleaning up and renovating apartments, learning how to repair simple things like like light switches, outlets and faucets.

Now, I have rental property, and am looking to add to that collection.

And, I also fix & flip.

The date listed in "began investing" is when I put my first rental into service.


Real Estate Goals

This is business. Do with a property whatever is needed in order to make a profit. If it rents for solid positive cash flow after ALL expenses have been accounted for, then it will be a rental. If it's not suitable for a rental, then it becomes a flip candidate.
Must be profitable regardless.
Looking to build to monthly income of $12K minimum from real estate.


Currently Seeking

Have been looking at lots of REO.
Working the pre-foreclosures and sheriff sales too.
