As they say:
I have been in real estate for over 20 years and have seen the highs and the lows. I experienced the S&L crisis and the bust of the commercial real estate market of the late 80's early 90's. I have made money "flipping", developing, holding and the like.
With the new real estate market, we need to reinvent ourselves and still make money in the real estate market.
Life is about change and staying out ahead of the pack.
I worked for a real estate development firm in Chicago during the late 1980's. The company developed and built numerous strip shopping centers, neighborhood shopping centers, land developments, condominiums and townhomes. I have personally purchased and sold countless single family homes, apartment complexes, and office buildings. I have also developed and built townhomes projects.
With my law practice, I have represented builders, developers, lenders, investors and the like. I have been involved with transactions upwards to $50 mil.
IN CHANGING TIMES ONE MUST CHANGE.
ADAPT, OVERCOME AND SUCCEED!
In the real estate market of today, we have to change. We can not do business as usual. In all markets, there is opportunity.
Bulk REO - IS IT WORTH IT.
