I am a Self Storage Investor and Educator. I own a Self Storage Investment firm, and an education company that teaches people how to invest in Self Storage Facilities.
Experience
I have bought and sold approximately 80 single family homes, 400 apartment units in several complexes, and bought, developed, and sold over 2,000 Self Storage units totalling over 400,000 sq. ft. I have also purchased and/or built over 200,000 sf. ft. of office, industrial and refrigerated warehouse space and owned several parking/outdoor storage facilities.
