I am a licensed general contractor (B) and a Realtor. I have worked in the construction trade for over 11 years and Real Estate for 5 years. I really enjoyed the rehab and retail business until August 2007! When the market crashed I shifted to listing, processing and negotiating short sales. I am excited that opportunities for rehab and retail are back! I search daily for property in Riverside County, CA. for myself and other investors as well as project manage the rehabs we are currently working on.
