In my own words...
I am a licensed general contractor (B) and a Realtor. I have worked in the construction trade for over 10 years and Real Estate for 4 years. I really enjoyed the rehab and retail business until August 2007! When the market crashed I shifted to listing, processing and negotiating short sales. I am excited that opportunities for rehab and retail are back! I search daily for property in Riverside County, CA. for myself and other investors as well as project manage the rehabs we are currently working on.

Licensed Realtor, experienced in discount trustee sale buying, short sales, and REO purchases.
I also own and operate Southern California Short Sale System, a short sale processing company.
