Always looking to make a deal!
Experience
Began investing while working for a mortgage brokerage. We bought and sold owner financed paper and that moved on to the reo industry. Took out a loan and bought a package of REO's. I've been hooked ever since! We bought and sold over 800 properties last year.
Real Estate Goals
My goal is to capitalize on the current market situation by purchasing bulk REO and then providing potential home owners with the opportunity to buy instead of rent.
Currently Seeking
Education...I've done a lot of deals, but I know there's still a lot to learn!
