My firm brings a very unique niche to the residential real estate market. We provide a placement service that introduces high-net-worth clients with residential funding needs to Private Banking institutions that offer below-market terms on loans ranging from $1-20MM.

In addition, we are the only firm of our kind that will protect mortgage brokers and ensure they are paid at closing. Typically, a private bank will not allow a broker to be compensated on this type of transaction. So we act on behalf of the borrower (to deliver below-market terms) and the broker (protecting them and ensuring commissions are paid at closing on programs that are not avaialable through traditional wholesale channels).

The Niche Within the Niche:

For the client, the real beauty of this method of residential financing is that most loans close without the client having to deposit 1 penny with the private bank. This is the key to all of this, and the reason why any HNW individual would be seeking external financing options in the first place! If they already had their eggs in a single depository basket then they wouldn't need a broker/realtor to assist.
