2. Build a power team with Realtors, Title Companies, Mortgage Brokers, Attorneys, Handy-men, Contractors, Money Lenders etc.

3. Properties from distressd seller that need a short sale and get rid of their house in the Austin.

4. i take over Properties subject-to and then Owner Finance them out.
