My current "job" is as a customer service rep but have been interested in real estate for several years. I plan to be a full time investor within a year.

I'm pretty much a newbie. I have been reading, networking, been to seminars, but am just getting into the offer stage. I am learning as I go.

Real Estate Goals

Right now focusing on bird dogging, wholesaling, and maybe a fix or flip or 2. By this time next year I hope to have a rental or 2 to produce cash flow.

Any and all input. I am open to learning new things. Any knowledge anyone can share is wonderful.

Welcome to the site Traci. We just moved away from Hoffman Estates in February to Central Illinois. I'm sure you will enjoy this site and find a lot of valuable information and great people.
