I'm A 50 year old retired Law Enforcement Officer. My wife Joy and I have been married for 28 years, and have 1 daughter. I have been investing part time for a few years now. Since my on the job injury I have stepped it up and looking for as many deals as I can find. Primary Interest is residential short sales. I have closed 2 properties in the past year and currently working on 2 more and waiting for the paperwork to come back on 2 more and involved with 30 more.
