Hello Everyone,
I am a newbie to this business, but I have been receiving pretty good advise from successful investors. I am getting into wholesaling, rehabbing, and rentals. I am looking for (CASH and HML) buyers to increase my list buyer's list.
Experience
I am new to this business, but have a lot of education behind it. I am now putting everything that I have learned into full gear.
Real Estate Goals
My goal is to own an 20+ unit apartment building, and a resort. I also want to rehab homes especially in the St. Louis City area.
