Real Estate Agent in Indy, looking to start investing as a way of earning a living. Very new to investing and trying to learn as much as I can. I have been an agent for 2 years and this last year was my first year fulltime as an agent. It did not fare too well. I went through many hardships and the timing was just not right therefore there was not much gained financially and even more lost. I am not giving up but need to make the decisions that will help the cashflow become a positive and not a negative. I look forward to sharing my experiences and getting to know the posters to this site.
