I started as a residential investor in 2003, buying and holding/flipping SFR's - selling the last of my inventory in 2007, just prior to the mortgage meltdow. I was so frustrated in my attempts to find an investor minded real estate agent, I decided to obtain my real estate license in 2006 and have closed many real estate transactions for both investors and home owners.
