I own and operate an independent full service residential real estate brokerage in Southeastern Wisconsin. I specialize in listing fresh rehab property or wholesale properties for investors. When I am not fully engaged as a real estate broker, I occasionally take on a rehab of my own or tend to my rental units. I am also a bit of an auto enthusiast.
I have owned investment property since 2001. I started selling real estate in 2004 and obtained my real estate broker license in 2007. I have operated as an independent brokerage since 2008.
My main focus is to maintain and build upon the relationships I have already forged while earning new business to build upon. Further down the road, I would like to take on some licensed brokers to continue to expand and add a property management team.
I would like to come across some quality rehab properties for either myself or my investor clients.
