Hi Terry, I wholesale too. If you get anything under contract and are interested in doing a profit split, I'll put it out to my buyers. I will also send you anything that my buyers don't want to see if you can bring in a buyer. I split 50/50 with anyone who brings me a buyer for one of my deals.
