I am a new Real Estate Investor with a background in Engineering. I am wholesaling properties in the Triangle NC Area (Raleigh). I am also looking to invest in commercial properties to buy and hold for cash flow and long term wealth.
Real Estate Goals
- To wholesale at least 2 deals a month this year.
- The goal is to eventually get up to wholesaling 10 deals a month.
- To accumulate $1200/month in cashflow from properties within 1 year.
- The goal is to get up to $10,000/month cash flow eventually.

Hi Terry, I wholesale too. If you get anything under contract and are interested in doing a profit split, I'll put it out to my buyers. I will also send you anything that my buyers don't want to see if you can bring in a buyer. I split 50/50 with anyone who brings me a buyer for one of my deals.
