I am the Team Leader of The Kuchar Team and hold my license at Cherry Creek Properties LLC. It is my goal to build a business worth owning and a life worth living. I enjoy the personal relationship aspect of real estate and getting to know the people who choose to do business with me. The great thing about real estate is that it allows me to have a flexible schedule and spend time with my family while still meeting the needs of my clients.

Experience

I've been in Real Estate since 1991. When I entered this career in Florida interest rates were 9.5% and I took credit information and faxed it to lenders. We were actually high tech for the time. Now I am here in Denver helping some of the most sophisticated and well educated clients on the face of the earth into their new Denver Homes. I work primarily from South Denver to Castle Rock. I am a professional in the Real Estate industry and not a salesperson that chases deal after deal forgetting past clients. Referrals are the best source of income and I like having clients for life. I also mentor four agents and help them to be successful. I am fortunate enough to have a full time administrator and part time marketing assistant.
