My primary goal for real estate, which is one of my many investments, is to buy and hold. I don't know why I chose this category of real estate but I guess it just fit my personality. I'm more of a laid back, country guy who loves to have long discussions but loathes small talks.

When I get out of college and get my bachelor's degree in Mathematics, I swear I will break out of the mold and start buying homes with my mom who is the number 1 real estate agent in three counties while I'm working in a top computer science company - CACI Internationals.Then, by the time I'm 42, it's time to retire. I would already have acquired 20 properties cash-flowing positively without their mortgages.
