In my own words...

I am a career REALTOR currently working on my broker's license and CCIM. By the time I settled into the real estate industry, I accrued 15 years of legal
experience, a couple of years at title and escrow, and a few years experience
working for a land developer with responsibilities that included land acquisitions, improvements and entitlements for new developments. I maintain a strong national network of business contacts which has been favorable to my success and to that of my network.

Real Estate Experience

My real estate experience starts with the ground up. I have significant land experience, including site planning and entitlements and construction experience. I've sold and purchased a significant amount of land, custom homes, subdivision homes, smaller multi-family and a few commercial properties. I am currently working the foreclosure/short sale market including bulk home sales to investors and wholesalers.

Real Estate Goals

My ultimate goal is financial freedom through real estate investments to include several multi-family and commercial properties intertwined with wholesaling residential properties through short sale techniques.
