I am an investor and consultant working in the Chicago area. I work in residential, commercial, bulk reo's as an intermediary and I have just begun to offer land development opportunities in the areas where the Olympics WILL be held in Chicago. I also work for developers in opportunity procurement areas from small acquisitions to large projects.

Experience

I bagan in 2002 as a loan officer for The Mortgage Exchange, which is a very large brokerage in the Chicago area. I began working with investors as a wholesaler a short time later and the bulk of my experience is as a wholesaler and facillitator(building deals from start to finish). I have also worked as a mentor and coach while also teaching at a local REI club which is no longer active. Being a wholesaler has given me the benefit of experiencing a wide range of deals and situations that have made me well suited to continue to help others to achieve the goals they set.

I am now focusing on development and more personal investments. I am involed in REO portfolios, capital aquisition and opportunity procurement.

Real Estate Goals

To always be an insightful, humble investor and to always enjoin and assist others to be the same. i always want to be able to see and show thers the value points in a transaction with respect to how it translates intos fees and costs etc. Most all other benefits would pass to me if I can achieve these with each deal and client that I service. I would also like to connect with a private funding source to give first look at a wide wange of investment deals that will develop a very lucrative, exclusive relationship on a nationwide level.
