Have bought properites using Sub2, Short Sales, Seller Finance, Contract for Deed, Land Contract, zero down, 0% interest, REOs, Realtor buys, Lease-Option, online auctions, Sheriff's sales, US Marshall's sale, tax sale, tax lien, cash buys...
None. No business plan either. I know what I want, and when I find a good deal, I move on it. Goals work for many people, but I don't see the point, and I 'm happy with my results.
Currently own properties in MN, WI, ND, TX. Seeking collaborations and good deals on great terms--esp. larger multi-units--in MN, WI, ND TX, HI, NM, and AZ, and will pay finders fee for deals in these states.
