Invest in several states around the country, if the numbers work and fit my criteria I will buy it and or I may know someone that is interested in the property.
Invest in Apartment complex's, trailer park's, single and multi-units and land. The company rehab's, hold's, lease options and wholesales.
Have my phone ring all day every day on a consistent basis.
Apartment complex's that have high vacancy and repairs. I buy low, repair and resell with a 1 to 3 year turn around time. looking for trailer parks with strong cash flow, it makes no difference if the park owns everything or just the land, the numbers have to make sense.
