I've currently began to flip REO and Short Sales about 6 months ago. I have almost 2 years experience in construction so it fit well to begin here. I hope to flip at least 10 properties this year and expand from there. I need help funding at least my first few deals and then I can be able to support my end of the investment. Please feel free to give advice I am willing to learn as much as I can from any succesful investor looking for safe investments like I am.
