USED TO BE a Real Estate agent, then broker selling commercial, but started buying bulk condos and run down apartment deals and became an "ugly" specialist with my own and investor funds.
Real Estate Goals
Would like to buy $10M in real estate per week...have the cash to do so, just need the deals.
Currently Seeking
Broken Condominium bulk units in excess of $2m purchase price that are, obviously, under REAL market value...quick CMA and easy close.
Also looking for bulk homes, $2M minimum cost in any area, will CMA and close if value is there
