A graduate of St. John's University with a major in marketing, I then went on to New York University with a focus on real estate finance. I am also a licensed real estate agent and currently manage various mixed-use properties throughout Brooklyn, NY.

I'm looking for multi-family/mixed-use properties with positive cash flow as well as rehabbing/flip properties outside of the 5 boroughs (CT, NJ) as well as in parts of Florida (Miami, West Palm Beach).
