Experience

I have many years experience in residential real estate. My specialty is REO's, but I have completed deals using just about every technique you can imagine. My main focus for years has been multifamily residential. I have recently expanded into commercial.

Real Estate Goals

I have begun the journey into apartment buildings. I find the thrill for me is in finding and structuring the deals. Since I am a wholesaler at heart, I will begin to offer my wholesale experience as an option to investors who don't have the time or energy to devote to finding and negotiating commercial real estate.

Hey Thomas, What working for you in Cleveland? How are the values/rent rates there? Do you belong to any investment groups or associations. Sorry Brady Quinn didn't help your browns this year. Thanks - Dan
