In my own words...

I have been on many different sites, just looking for more and more info about real estate, once my brother got into it I said I was going to try, but only thing was he is a Sgt. in the Prince Georges Police Dept. so he had the money and credit to get his first 5 houses and now he rents all of them out, me I do mobile audio and video installation and really never had any credit, so I am starting out at the bottom with bird dogging and go from there.
