I'm a dad (3 sons 22,18 & 13), husband (Vanessa is the best wife ever, regardless of what you think of your wife!) and I hit people with sticks for fun. Yes you heard me. I took a financial beating with the housing crash in BC, but am starting to recover nicely.

My last three JV deals were all over 100% cash on cash ROI. Lets talk and mebbe we can work together.

Real Estate Goals

We are looking for a combination of rehab deal s and long term hold properties.

In the short term we need to build our cash/capital so rehabs are key. Having said that we are always looking for long term holds as well.

Currently Seeking

Joint venture partners who are interested in securing financing on properties in Alberta, Canada that we will rehab for you while we share in the profits. Current focus is on a two year hold rehab. We do the rehab, pay for the rehab and live in the property for two years. Projected appreciation is approx 5% in the market. Target home is in the 320,000 - 360,000 intitial purchase price. Projected partners ROI is close to 60% or better.
