Hey nate. Yea, Ive been strict myself. If you need to gain muscle and weight, old school quaker oats and water cant be beat. Also, the good old boneless skinless chicken breast. (you may know this already) Just aim for 3 perfect sets of 5-7 on your exercises, then increase the weight by 5-10 lbs. and go until you are perfect for that weight, then increase, etc. If you are killing yourself when you lift, just go 3-4 times a week, or you may be heading toward overworking, which can take a month of no workouts to get over. (its tightness in muscles, soreness that doesnt go away, aching in the muscles, pounding in the muscles like if you had a headache) It takes 48 hours for your muscles to recover fully from a heavy workout, that leaves you going, "uhhhhhh........" so remember that. Workout hard!!

Great post over in the offtopic area with regard to workouts and nutrition. I've been getting pretty strict, working out 5x a week and slowly seeing some gains. GOOD INFO !
