I am currently buying Bank Owned homes in the Denver metro area. I am wholesaling these properties to other investors. I am constantly adding names to my buyers list. If you are interested in being added to my buyers list send me a message. I get some real good deals for fix and flips or rentals.

Worked on a few Short Sales that never went through. I have looked ay many REO properties but Real Estate Agents have refused to submit my offers. I have a new Agent now who claims he won't judge my offers.
