As a business owner I have a passion for the real estate market. My business partner, Phillip Lechter and I created Community First Financial with three things in mind; Relationship, Education and Opportunity. We believe through our relationships in the community individuals can educate themselves about real estate and this will lead to opportunities for all parties. For the last 8 years I have focused on residential and construction financing. In that time I have worked for 3 other companies, experiencing both booms and bust of the economy. Community First Financial is the second mortgage company that I have been involved in starting. The unique aspect of our company is the educational element that we bring to our community. Some of our resources include web sites, blogs, seminars, one on one mentoring, and a HUB of advisors.I am native of Grand Junction, Colorado, where I earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in finance from Mesa State College. While at Mesa State I was awarded the Presidential Scholar Award in 1995-1996, and was named to the Deans list in 1995 and 1996.Although I have a passion for real estate my greatest passion in life is my family. My wife Jen and three kids Tate, Blakely and Hudson live in the Arrowhead area of Glendale, Arizona. As a family we love the beaches, mountains, and time at home. My wife comes from a family of educators and is one of my largest advocates when it comes to teaching people about real estate and financing.
