Real Estate Goals

To do wholesale and lease options deals first to build up my cash reserves. Then eventually branch into Subject 2 deals...

Once, Im successful and reached my goals..I would like to do partnership deals, and own a few SFH as rentals in very nice areas in St. Louis.

Currently Seeking

Im currently seeking as the rest of you obtaining knowledge. Making friends as I go along.

Mentorship would be nice. Im a fast learner.

Make contacts with a good mortgage broker in FHA, and HML. A good real estate attorney, and real estate agent that I could work with doing deals and we both make money.
