Valkman was founded in 2007. Mr. Kleyman’s responsibilities include implementation of Valkman’s investment strategy, development of business and negotiation of agreements and contracts with other entities. Mr. Kleyman is principal of all entities established under Valkman and is responsible for their
supervision. During his career as a real estate investor, Mr. Kleyman has been responsible for the acquisition, rehabilitation, leasing and management of approximately $400,000 in real property in 2 cities of
Pennsylvania while being managed from his headquarters in New York and via local property manager.

Prior to his decision to devote more time to Valkman, Mr. Kleyman was a highly successful Sales Executive
for FedEx. He maintained hundreds of relationships and managed a territory in NYC generating approximately $10,000,000 in revenue per year. Mr. Kleyman is known in his local circles as an expert on the subject of real estate investment and currently serves as a mentor to a number of local small investors and as a member of a Pennsylvania Condominium Association which is entirely focused on improving the area in which Mr. Kleyman owns interest. Mr. Kleyman is a graduate of Baruch College in NYC, with
concentrations in Operations Management, Real Estate and Law.

During the past few months, Valkman has been developing ties with local team members to be able to provide our private investors with the highest quality and the biggest return. During the next few years, Valkman is positioning itself to buy up as much prudent income producing real estate as possible to be ready for the next uptick in the market place.

Valkman is currently seeking private lenders to fund its deals. We have a number of projects currently in the pipeline and are always working and searching for more.
