Hello All,

Thanks for checking out my page!

My husband and i were planning to do some real estate investing (which is org. why we signed up for this page) but right now we are just looking to purchase OUR home...

We will be first time home buyers and are not really conserned with where in the US it will be... A large city, where there are jobs available but other then that we have no clue...

I grew up in the northwest but we are open for ideas... we have looked into new york city, seattle, chicago, saint louis... pittsburgh, etc...

really we are looking for a nice home, i prefer wood floors. something 3+ bedroom. would like masterbath suite, open floor plan, i prefer a modern type look... i like light from windows... prefer walk in closet....

i dont want to quote an exact price on the about me page but i will say the maximum spendable amount is UNDER 300k...
