I am very young, age of 20. The reason I got involved into real estate is when I attended a seminar in Manhattan, New York. After 3 10hour day shifts, I knew right there and then that this was for me! This was my purpose in life. I want to be involved in the real estate business and I want to help other people solve their financial issues. .

I live in CT, and I am a long distance investor. I concentrate on Indianapolis, Atlanta and Kansas City. I also do a little assignment of contracts in my backyard.

-Further enhance my knowledge in real estate

-Get a MBA in Business Finance

Currently Seeking

I look for rehabbers who wants projects and make profit. I buy run down properties and sell it to other investors for them to fix up. Let me know if you are interested.
