In my own words...

I have many personalities to my Job as a Realtor. Most of the time I am your "Friendly Neighborhood Realtor" ..But that is to the everyday buyer, -this does not apply to the investors I work with, for them I have developed a new way of working it is called "Realtor Multiple Personality Disorder" -yes that is now a true diagnosis, just ask the investors I work with, they will confirm and ask me to break out certain personalities when need be.
I am the Sweetest Realtor when building relationships with all the REO Realtors in the area, I have some of the best connections on REOs in my market. I am Pitbull Realtor when they try to explain how they want to change contracts days before closings. I have other personalities that need not be discussed but I think you get the picture =D
I have recently started dabbling in the land of Property Management for my "guys" as well.. I haven't made up my mind on if I like yet or not, but I have decided that it is definitely not a job for a nice person. What I DO like about the job, is that I am a very sweet looking girl (no comments from the peanut gallery) and when I get the excuses I have for late rent, or repairs and want not, and my retort is "that isn't my problem" they seem to think I am not the nice person I once was when they first met me.
I Absolutely love my job, I haven't decided to call it a career yet, because I am still expanding my option within Real Estate. I Love helping the Everyday buyer and seller, but something about the excitement of finding that really good deal, knowing that it will get good cashflow for my investors, (because it will be able to keep them going in thier buying endevors as well) is really rewarding. I like the before and after product, and knowing we are also helping the communtiy look a little better one house at a time too.. The whole effect is both exciting, and theraputic. It is annoying to anyone around me that isn't in this field because it has become my life. (sick and sad I know)
