Got started a couple of years ago, i was introduced to Real Estate Investing from a nice little ad on Craigslist. A couple of months later I was in AZ. Attending my first Real Estate "College" through Nouveau Riche University. Dove in with both feet and boy did I sink:( I still own the "Bad Investment property" It is a rental unit cash flowing each month, almost @the break even point, and close to turning the Bad into Good

To be my own boss, and supply for my family as a full time Real Estate investor. I will have extensive knowledge in every aspect of the business. I will also help others to achieve there goals and dreams through Real Estate Investing.
