I have been a licensed Realtor for nearly 5 years now, and was a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for 6 years before becoming a Realtor. My knowledge in the mortgage industry, helps me pass on very helpful information to my clients, and in some cases help them find creative financing needed to make the purchase a reality. I love challenges!
I am also married to Custom Homebuilder that also owns a Trim Carpentry company that specializes in the multi-million dollar homes in the Austin area. That also helps me to recognize craftsmanship and quality in homes that I show my clients, or sell for my clients.
