Real Estate Goals
I am looking to start purchasing investment properties in the local market (Baltimore, MD to York, PA) for my buy and hold strategy. I would like to aquire at least two properties in 2011. I would like my properties to fall under my current company Adams Ventures, LLC which at this time is in the process of raising funds for future purchases.
Currently Seeking
Income properties <25K to start out with gradually working my way up to larger projects when funding becomes available.
