I live in Springfield, MA. I have my associates degree is business marketing. I am going back to school for my bachelors this fall. I work full-time for a fortune 100 insurance company. I have completed my real estate classes and am taking the exam in a couple weeks. I am going to start as a part time agent to learn the market and gain capital. I am trying to learn as much about REI before I get involved.
I have put away some money and am interested in shadowing or being mentored in REI.
My interests are buy and hold, rehabbing, and flipping.
Real Estate Goals
Interested in starting in an owner occupied duplex that needs rehabbing. Would like to hold until market moves in my advantage and go from there. Interested in starting out low risk until I have more knowledge.
