Hey all,

I decided to post on here to grow my business into it's greater potential by networking with other real estate professionals.(Mainly real estate investors). I am in the current process of starting a new business where I find distressed homes at a discounted price in the Maryland, D.C., Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia areas. My number one priority is to provide our community with solutions to their many real estate needs.I deal only with houses or situations in dire need of repair. I am proud of where I live, and I aspire to make my community a better place to live, one house at a time.

Theoretically, one could sell there house at fair maket value, and if they can, I suggest that they list with a realtor. I want to be a resource for potential sellers, but I refuse to be their second best resource. Instead, I aspire to leave the table with a sigh of relief knowing that they made the right choice. While my paycheck is also important, the ethics and integrity are vital to my business, and will never take a back seat to profit.

I am in this business to help not only because it pays my bills, but because it is my passion to live a better life and create a higher standard of living.
