As managing partner of Paper 2 Liquid LLC., Mr. Ally developed the â€œFull Circle of Benefitsâ€ program designed to repair & enhance the financial future of his clients. He is passionate about empowering those in financial distress with the knowledge & resources necessary to rebuild their lives. Since June 2009, in conjunction with a national network of joint venture partners over 350 distressed property owners have been saved from financial disaster and put back on the path to financial wellness. That number is expected to exceed 1000 by December 2010.

Short Term ; To obtain a min of 10 cash flowing properties yearly. . Long Term: International Property Investment. Assisting the City of Chicago in getting the homeless off the street by securing abandoned properties and creating the first "work for shelter" program.
