New to real estate investing. I'm looking to learn as much as I can to become a successful REI. I live and work in the metro Detroit area. Over the last few months I've purchased two properties that I currently have rented with great tenants. I'm now looking to purchase a multi-family property.
Updated: It has been over a year since I've started investing in RE and I've acquired 7 rental properties. I still consider myself a "newbie" to real estate investing but I'm learning something new each day.
