In my own words...

I have been in Real Estate for the past 15 years. My area is primarily residential. I have worked in the following States: Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Texas and California. I worked for Nationwide Mortgage Lending Institutions before opening my own Real Estate office in San Diego in 2002.

I currently have an active Broker's License with the Department of Real Estate in California and a Mortgage Lending License in Texas.

My goal is to network with highly experienced Real Estate professionals. There is nothing better than the thrill of closing a deal!!!

Real Estate Experience

I have managed retail branch offices for Nationwide Lending Institutions for 10 years. After acquiring my California License, I opened a small Real Estate office in San Diego in 2002. The majority of my Real Estate transactions have been within the 1.5 to 2.5 range. I continue to pursue Real Estate through this down cycle because the best opportunities are presenting themselves in this volatile environment.
