I am 27 years old, I have been investing in real estate from the time I was 19 years old, when I flipped my first property. I enjoy the closing of a deal more than most...I am sure. It is more the thrill of getting to the closing, than the actual amount of profit or potential profit made in a transaction. I like to work with genuine and mindful individuals who work together for a mutual goal, which God will provide us the victory in.

Experience

Several partners and I ran one of the most aggressive buy-lease back operations there was as of to date. We would buy properties, which ended up with over 20, from victimized home owners, we specialized in the purchase of Jumbo Residences that could not qualify for a normal foreclosure bailout loan. We did this from 2005-2007 and would effectively provide the home owner with a new land contract at 80-85% of the market value of their home at that time. Have performed down payment assistance on over $10.0 million worth of real estate transactions and made over $2.0 million in hard money loans. However, after years of wonderful success, the greed bug, got a hold of me and God decided to level me in the way only he knows and we lost over $7.5 m worth of real estate holdings.


Real Estate Goals

My goals are to make sure that God is with me in every transaction, that I agree to take part in, and that I never allow greed to overwhelm, because I do not ever want to be guilty of greed or to cheat my Father in heaven again. I also would like to help people in difficult situations, to resolve their matters with their properties.


Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking direct note buyers, to purchase and sale from. I am not opposed to dealing with brokers or consultants, I just request honesty and transparency. I am also looking at purchasing multi-family properties and take over existing financing, or low bank qualification, up to 1000 units with partners located her in the mid-west. I will also consider purchasing properties from sellers in distress, so they may keep them, from $500,000.00-$20.0 million. I am also seeking real down payment lenders as well.
