Real Estate Investor who invests nationwide. We buy, sell, rent, lease, and rehab houses. We focus on helping people obtain home ownership whether they have money, good or bad credit, or have been through bankruptcy and/or foreclosure. We also strive to help those who may be going through challenging times and are no longer able to afford their home, need to sell, or who are facing foreclosure get out of their current troubles and into a better situation. Experience

Been involved in Real Estate since 2002 and
went through 5 years of off and on struggling
for different reasons from no education, to
who I worked with, to personal problems and
just not getting it done. Eventually I figured out
the wrongs and corrected them and I have
successfully done real estate transactions
since late 07 up until now. I have mainly
dealt with single family properties that have
needed major rehab.

Real Estate Goals

My goal now is to somewhat transition into
the buy and hold area of investing. However,
I am not really interested in doing so with
single family homes. I am more interested in
apartment buildings and other commercial
types of investing. This is not to say that I
am not willing to look at a residential property
anymore but eventually I will be completely
transferring my business model into both
commercial properties and buying businesses.

Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking networking opportunities
to do business together either on a one time
basis on a continual basis with other investors
or professionals who I can help with their
goals and vice versa. I believe in the power
of joint ventures and collaborating on projects.
Now only do you get business done but you
also meet a lot of great people who are like
minded and just overall good people to know.
I open to working with both veterans making
millions to newbies making zero so long as you are good people doing ethical business.
