Started out in real estate in college by purchasing a home, rehabbing it and then selling it while in undergrad. It gave me a place to stay and kept me out of trouble. Did fairly well with that and then did it again, except this time around did 2 properties. Eventually owned a block of real estate while in grad school. Since then, Ive owned several rental properties, but I am currently tryng to liquidate these properties since I absolutely hate being a landlord. Now i have accidentally stumbled into Bulk REOs and Commercial assets, since I introduced 2 friends who managed to do a bulk REO purchase and compensated me for the transaction. Since then, I have realized this is a pretty good way to do make a living. Now I am personally trying to purchase "Bulk REOs" in Oklahoma and Texas to wholesale (if there is such a thing as Bulk REOs in Ok, there are so darn few of them here). and I am also helping sell nationwide properties from contacts I made when I worked for AIG

To use real estate transactions to help finance my medical school education which I start in Fall 2009.
