I obtained my Real Estate Brokers license in 1987. I went through the GRI course in 1990 so I could complete APOD statements for investers. I am currently attending CCIM classes to obtain my CCIM designation. With the information currently obtained, I can do a financial & marketing ananlysis for commercial investment properties. I enjoy providing information to investors so that an informed decision is made.

Experience

Purchase my first home in 1982. While working full time obtained my business degree in 1986 then obtained my California real estate license in 1987. In 1990 I obtained my GRI designation so that I could better assess mulit-family income property for my wife & clients. I am currently attempting to obtain my CCIM designation.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to provide Commercial property investors with enough data that allows them to make a informed decision to purchase or lease in the area they desire. I will provide to the best of my ability the financial, demographic & market analysis on any property. My main specialization is Commercial residential income/multi-unit propeties in San Diego County.
