I am interested in investing in preforeclosures. I am getting my A.S. in business real estate, and want to start investing around the area.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to start of putting deals together for finders fees. If I can find a hard money lender or use another type of financing, I will try to flip myself. I would like to have at least two deals done in six months.
