I'm that guy who has read many books, attended many seminars, and watched many webinars and yet still suffers from analysis paralysis. I am working to overcome my fears.
Experience
Passed my Real Estate Agent test on the first attempt and earned a Master's in Management, and have read MANY books on the subject but haven't put ANY of it use yet. That will change in the next few months.
Real Estate Goals
To begin with, I want to buy and hold SFR's with the ultimate goal of buying MFR's and eventually apartments.
Currently Seeking
High-equity SFR's under $75k.
