Part- time real estate investor. I stared my business with my fiance, now my wife as my partner, with the goal of helping someone become a home owner. We've been blessed to do that and much more. We're looking to continue and expand our business to help more and make more positive change in our community through real esate.

Experience

Rehabbing single family homes since 2007, and have enjoyed working in real estate part time. Now in 2011 beginning phase 2 with buy and hold properties to build long lasting wealth.

Real Estate Goals

50 rental single family homes, 3 apartment buildings with 20+ units each, a host of wholesales and quick turn properties all within the next 15 years. I want to deal partner with several Investors to reach this goal.

Currently Seeking

Deal partners looking for 50/50 profit splits. Successful landlords seeking to sow into a young investor. Just looking to learn everything I can about the real estate niches that I've selected, and ultimately being able to really give back to the community to enrich the lives of others.
