I have been a computer consultant and self-employed entrepreneur for over 25 years. I wrote custom real estate appraisal software for Rockford, IL from 1984 - 1992 and 1999 - 2001. Also wrote custom loan-by-phone software, used by hundreds of banks and credit unions nationwide, for a successful startup company, 1994 - 2006.

Since 2005, I have done fix-and-flips, wholesales, pre-foreclosures, short sales, subject-to and now focusing on seller-financing and AMPS deals.

I am primarily looking for sellers who need to sell, even if they have little or no equity (even negative equity!). We create seller financing, and match them up with buyers who can’t get a traditional loan. We “sell un-sellable houses to un-loanable buyers”.
